The building designed by Göbekli Architecture & Engineering Design Team,
It will be built on the Pelitköy coast embraced by the Kaz Mountains and Madra Mountains.
The project design area is located on the seafront, away from the noise of the city, where there are natural and artificial reefs.
The façade of the building, where the first impression is important in terms of architecture, is designed in a contemporary way and special lighting systems with energy efficiency are preferred in order to highlight this.
Its entrance is designed in a magnificent but not tiring, flowing and inviting style. The top of the car park for two cars has been covered to complete the form of the building.
Functional interior spaces that do not fall under the exterior of the building have been resolved.
With the guest room planned on the ground floor, both privacy is provided and an alternative solution area for possible health problems has been created.
In order to benefit from the natural light and sea view with maximum efficiency, wide façade openings are created to provide permeable and intertwined spaces with nature.
The stairs are covered with a wood-like carbon fiber material on the steel console in order to emphasize the modern appearance of the building and to be durable.
With its wide landscape areas and a special pool design for each unit, it offers the opportunity to freely reflect the person's spirit outdoors.
