Located in the Burhaniye district of Balıkesir, the design area is located in Pelitköy, which is an important town in terms of its location and tourism. Each designed block has been positioned considering the natural slope of the land. The wide façade spaces created in the buildings maximize the benefit from daylight, while at the same time providing the interior space. Landscape areas belonging to each mass are planned and open areas are offered to users that they can use freely. In addition, a swimming pool was thought between the blocks, and thus common areas that everyone could benefit from were revealed. The living space, designed with the effect of the harmony created by the unusual facade lines and the materials used, was designed by the Göbekli Architecture and Engineering team.
