The project area, located in the center of Edremit, is located on a street where public institutions, sales units, pedestrian and vehicle circulation are high.
It is related to the permanence of architectural elements, their harmony with their surroundings, their functionality and aesthetics. In this designed structure, permanence has been achieved with functionality. Contrary to the surrounding structures, an unusual form was created with the staggered façade movement and its unique building character was revealed. While providing contrast effects with the harmony of black and white, composite vertical lamellas in a warm color tone that will warm the cold air are used. It is supported by correct and contemporary materials suitable for the design position.
In order not to disturb the integrity of the facade of the business center and not to go beyond the design lines, an advertising wall was designed for office advertisements in the entrance area. In order to eliminate the disadvantages of the security of the business center and the heavy pedestrian circulation in the region, there is a reception and security on the ground floor. In the green roof area, where he can socialize within his own body, sitting areas have been created and a common meeting room has been positioned. In addition to the presence of private toilets and kitchens in each office, natural light in each room is one of the factors that will increase the working efficiency. For this reason, wide façade gaps were created and the climate was controlled with the materials used.
