Aesthetic and environmental problems arising as a result of rapid urbanization have increased the need for green space and the longing of people for nature. Cahit Göbekli undertook the design of the building, which will be built in a region that can meet these needs.
The building design area is located in Burhaniye, where Madra Mountain and Kaz Mountains surround and integrate with the sea. In the immediate vicinity of the designed area, there are social areas, green areas, walking and bicycle paths and sales units that can be easily accessed.
In order to prevent the unwanted sounds that arise with the building elements that lighten with technology, an architectural orientation was analyzed, a core analysis was made between the apartments at the same level so that there was no common wall between the two apartments, and the stairs and elevator served as insulation. Floating flooring was preferred to increase the heat and sound insulation between floors. There are panels designed with simplicity in each flat so that the air conditioning and combi units that provide comfort inside the building do not create visual pollution on the facade and do not disrupt the integrity of the building. In addition to providing comfort to the users in the building where a panoramic elevator is used, it also adds aesthetics to the building facade.
The created design offers a comfortable and comfortable life with its large garden, useful rooms and spacious balconies.
