The project area; 650 m from the beach, Prof. Dr. It is a specifically solved project in Tarık Terzioğlu Street location, which can be reached both with its naturalness as a result of the green areas around it and its proximity to pedestrian and vehicle roads.
Creating spatial openings on each floor in the project, which has risen as three floors, provided more access to daylight on each floor, while designing a more recessed façade, thus presenting a shell design with a certain rhythm to the user. The shell design is oriented to receive the maximum level of natural lighting with correctly positioned high window openings covered with a dynamic façade that allows to create privacy when needed. The wide landscape area on the ground floor of the apartments designed on the ground floor and the jacuzzi located on the terrace floor of the duplex apartments on the upper floor together with the green garden meet the open space needs of each apartment.
The project aimed for personalized functionality and the structure was designed around the idea of interaction of common spaces, allowing users to live while constantly interacting with the backyard and the pool.
Pool design and strong landscape use are strong elements that determine the aesthetic identity of the project. Landscape masterfully shapes the perception of the house and the experience of the spaces in it. The garden, which functions as an alternative entertainment area with a pool, delicately designed landscape and semi-outdoor seating, provides a great separation from the entrance axis, which is open to the use of other villas within the site.
