The building to be designed in Burhaniye, which is known as the beach of light in mythology, is a few steps away from the international award-winning Ören Beach. The region, which is 10 km away from the airport, is at the meeting point of nature and sea, on the verge of the Kaz and Madra mountains, where horizontal settlement is dominant.
In the region where the sun is dominant in all four seasons, wide façade spaces have been created in order to benefit from natural lighting as much as possible. The optimum result is aimed in terms of visual comfort and energy saving, which will provide an appropriate control in the windows determined in this way. With its high garden, open and closed space transitions are provided, and the opportunity to freely reflect your personality outdoors is provided.
The villas consist of 4 bedrooms, dining, living, kitchen, service areas and staff floor. In the building bearing the signature of Architect Cahit Göbekli, a functional structure was created that is suitable for the texture of the facade and does not harm the silhouette, considering the design criteria and privacy.
